Submission Guidelines
- Submitted papers (for both regular and special sessions) are subject to a blind reviewed process handled by an international technical program committee.
- The maximum length of the camera-ready version is 6 pages without incurring additional page charges (maximum 1 additional page with over length page charge of USD 100 if accepted).
- One registration covers up to three papers.
- For short paper type, the paper length is from 2-4 without including references.
- Papers exceeding 12 pages will not be accepted at EDAS.
- Conference proceedings that meet IEEE quality review standards may be eligible for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. The IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
- Please use the standard IEEE conference proceedings templates for Microsoft Word or LaTeX format on A4 size pages founded at https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
- IMPORTANT: If you are editing your manuscript with LaTex, you should be acknowledged that IEEE conferences template is set in US Letter format as default. You should replace \documentclass[conference]{IEEEtran} with \documentclass[a4paper,conference]{IEEEtran} in order to set the paper in A4 size format.
- Paper submission on EDAS:
Important
- The EDAS submission system only accepts PDF documents.
- Do not use a font size smaller than 9 points, including figure captions. For the main body of the document, 10 point font size is preferred.
- Do not include any page numbers or headers and footers.
- If you use MS Word, please use the most current version, which will help reduce Word-to-PDF conversion issues such as embedded fonts, bookmarks, etc.
- All fonts must be embedded into the document. If you generate figures with MATLAB and export them using the “File/Export” menu, MATLAB will produce pdfs without embedded fonts. In order to include your fonts in the exported figures, use the following MATLAB command: export_fig(gcf,’FontMode’,’fixed’,’FontSize’,10,’Color’,’filename.pdf’)
